My hybrid animal

 WALT  write  an accurate description of two animals merged into one

This animal has two pointy ears. The top half is covered in black and gold fluffy fur. They have yellow eyes  because it helps it see in the dark. They have pink noses that are the colour of cotton candy . 

The bottom half of my animal is so so fluffy. Their tails are soft as a cloud. They have sharp and pointy Klaus and often live in houses as pets. 

 They have a sort of an ombre tail.  

What hybrid animal is it? 

my information report on horses

Horses are a large type pf animals that has been an important help to humans for 100s of years. 

In the olden days some people used horses to get to school. Now people ride them for fun. You can go to shows with horses and win prizes for jumping and running.

  

You can have horses as pets and leave them in a stable. You can give them hay bales and grain and lots of grass. They live in the wild too! 

Horses are mostly friendly. However, you stand behind a horse and it's in a angry mood it might kick you and if you touch them on there behind they will kick you.

They are related suit to zebras and donkeys. They're good for birthday parties for kids. Horses have the largest eyes of all land animals. 

I chose to do horses because I thought they were interesting and I have ridden a horse before.

Friday Field Trip

 On Friday November the 6th Room 1 and Room 4 went on the bus to Margaret Mahy playground. We went on the turquoise twirly slide, spinny thing, big silver slide and Eva and Lily and I went on the trampolines at Margaret Mahy. We also went to the Museum and we went into a classroom and played games called Ropes and Marbles  and Snakes and Ladders. We had an amazing, fantastic time and the bus picked us up at 2pm and then we picked up the room  1  kids. We then went back to school to go home. That was our field trip.

My day

 Today my fish died  or to be exact 2 of my fish's died and I am so sad and the day is the 23 of  September 2020  and I hope that you pray for my fishes from Amelia  😭😭

A day in the life of a possum

WALT: Write in first person.

One day I went to bed at 8:00 am. woke up at 7:00 pm just as the sun was setting. I went on my way to find fruit, berries, buds, flowers and native birds. People think I am a pest because I eat native birds eggs. When I was walking on the ground, there was a flood. I did not want to get carried away by the flood so I grabbed onto my mum and my Mum ran away with me. We ran up a tree and held on to the tree. When the flood stopped. We got down and my mum started to hunting for food for me and her.

 20 divided by 2 =   Amelia had 20 chocolates altogether. She had to share them with 2 friends. How many pieces of chocolate would each person get?

 Intro 

Once upon a time there was a beautiful princess. Her name was Lilly Mae. She wore a beautiful princess dress and a glittery crown and glittery shoes. She loved to play with her brother and play on her trampoline. She had a little brother called Jasper and Jasper was one years old. Lily Mae was three years old and they had a lot of toys. 

Jasper and Lilly Mae saw a toy thief walking down the road with Lilly  Mae and Jasper's toys. She was so sad because it was Lilly Mae's  favourite Cinderella toy.  She was devastated about Cinderella. The thief robbed Lily May and Jasper's house and all of Lilly Mae's toy dolls.  

 To include then  they found all of the toys and returned them to the owners  and they got all the toys back.

To include I gave all the toys back to their children and they lived happily ever after 

 The end.

Amelia argument on slime

I strongly believe that kids can play with slime inside the home because Slime is fun and it makes me happy. Slime can keep you entertained for hours and hours.

You can put a cloth on the table to keep it clean. 

Firstly, Slime is fun and it makes me happy because I can have joy and be safe and it's a great way to have fun and to make stuff for your friends and you can be nice and give your friend a present.

Secondly, you can put a cloth on the table so the slime doesn't get everywhere and make a mess.

Lastly, slime can keep kids entertained for hours and hours and is awesome if you want to have a break from looking after them, slime will keep them occupied.

To conclude I think play slime kids should always be able to all be able to play with Slime.

I strongly believe that children should be able to play video games because they are the same as school games half of the time. They can make you happy. Parents can put age restrictions on the App store and they can block some games on the App store. You can also have a really fun day with your phone and educational games. 

Firstly, video games can make you happy and cheerful because they are fun and enjoyable.

Secondly, not all games are violent, mean and a bad influence and parents can stop children playing some games by blocking them on the App store.

Finally, some video games are educational, for example Prodigy which is a game that teaches us about maths. Prodigy is a great  educational game and you can learn to do maths questions and lots of stuff and that's why I think it's a great game.

To conclude I think that we should always be allowed to play video games not  all video games are violent. Video games can make you happy and cheerful and be educational and parents can put age restrictions on the App store if they don’t think a game is appropriate.

Argument

I think that WE SHOULD NOT wear  school uniforms because it is not fair on us kids. The teacher can wear what they want. It is not fair at all. I keep wasting my clothes and my shoes.

Firstly, The teachers wear what they want to school. This is unfair because I went to wear my fab t-shirt to school and I can't now.

Secondly, I grow out my clothes so quickly and I hardly get to wear them. This makes me sad😢 because they are brand new.

Finally, this is unfair because the kids might grow out of school uniform and school shoes and they cost lots of parents money and work.

In conclusion, I think we should not wear school uniforms.

My dog & I went for a walk down to the dairy to get Milk

He kept pulling me into the red zone, he is old and cant see properly so we had to be careful
